Where can you get truly beautiful veneers in London? Thin, delicate looking, translucent. Any ideas? See some on insta abroad, but none in the uk. Everything looks big and bulky!

They will cost you far less if you go outside of London. They are usually made by technicians outside of London anyway, so the cost to the dentist is the same wherever they practice. You are paying London prices because of the overheads not the skill of the dentist. The dentist does the prep work and fits them, it’s the skill of the dental technician that is key.
Also it depends what they are covering. A translucent veneer will only be as aesthetic as the tooth under it. Most clear veneers are used to correct shape and position not colour.

Just to add I was doing veneers as a student nearly 40 yrs ago when they were first developed. Most aesthetic dentists are moving over to composite veneers which require far more skill but give a better aesthetic result, require little tooth removal and are cheaper. Removing enamel for porcelain veneers results in a weaker tooth and as mentioned above they will need replacing regularly. I have replaced a few of the ones I’ve done over the years with composite and they last longer and look better.

Is there anywhere you'd recommend ?
