Botox alternatives when pregnant?

I had my first treatment of Botox in Oct and LOVED it, it just made me look fresher and less tired.

However, an unexpected (but welcome) pregnancy in November means that it's now all worn off and I'm looking tired and much older (also not helped by winter and first trimester ' nutrition')

Any recommendations for specific facials/pregnancy suitable treatments I can have until I can get Botox again in August/September?

I'm almost bathing in hyaluronic acid products which has helped a little and I've just ordered the Clinique Smart Eye cream to see if that will help under/around my eyes but keen to hear any other recommendations!

Self-compassion.

Seriously, regular meditation does wonders for the skin. Makes you glow and takes years off!

Frownies on Amazon have good reviews, I’ve never used them but well worth a look.
Congratulations on your pregnancy!

I'm more of a fan of sweating it out in the gym than meditation @Phrenologistsfinger but willing to give anything a go!

@Newyearnewme2022 thanks will take a google.

Also am trying to drink huge amounts of water (mainly to ward off the migraines that have been plaguing me) and not eating much sugar at the moment anyway as anything fun gives me heartburn so those changes should help a little but I think it'll take more than that!

This argireline stuff by The Ordinary might be worth a shot. Claims to ‘improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, particularly those around the eyes and on the forehead. Working to inhibit muscle movement, this lightweight serum can reduce dynamic folds in the skin, as well as helping to prevent wrinkle formation.’

It's cheap too so you won't be out of pocket if it's a dud.
