Going bra less

I'm really fed up with every one of my bras and we have properly fallen out.
I went to get professionally measured about 6 months ago, I bought 4 bras and matching knickers and parted with £260 expecting them all to fit me perfectly. How wrong I was, and I'm really disappointed. She measured me at 34DD but they are all so uncomfortable in different ways. One is itchy all over, one just feels too tight and is digging in under my armpits and leaving a mark. Another is digging in my ribs and the last one had an uncomfortable back fastening that just irritates the hell out of me. She told me how to put a bra on properly to get all the overspill in. The wire in the bras I can feel all day, sitting on my ribs and more often than not I've removed it by lunchtime.
I've tried the comfort/yoga bras but I can't get the buggers off over my head. Ive started to go bra less, so half thinking about getting vests with support in.
I'm not sure what to do, please help.
Where are your best bras from?

I will not wear bras with wires. They are hideous.

@PoloPrincess you sound like you need Molke bras in your life....honestly a total game changer for me. No wires but still have support. They are made in UK and there is a great Facebook group for help with fitting etc. And lots of lovely fabrics Smile

It goes without saying that we are all different shapes and sizes. I have mentioned elsewhere on S&B that the underwired Panache Tango suits me more than any other bra (l’m a 36F) l have owned.

It’s a case of try on, try on and try on. A well fitting underwired bra should not be uncomfortable.

In the hot weather l often go braless (apart from when at work) with summer dresses/tops etc because l don’t want the tightness of the band in the heat. If a nipple outline shows slightly, so be it, we all have them!

I like the John Lewis ‘Anya’ crop top. It’s got a bit of (removable) padding so it covers the nips and gives some support/ decent shape (at least enough for me - I’m a 30DD). It’s extremely comfortable. I wish they did it in a version with thinner straps though.

I think I'd take the bras back and tell them you've given them a good go but they are still really uncomfortable so can they suggest anything. That's a shocking amount of money to pay to be uncomfortable.

I think bras are like shoes. You have to sort of wear them in.
