Hair masks for coarse hair

I’m looking for a hair mask or a conditioner, or perhaps something to leave in my hair, which is a little on the dry/coarse side. I used to have fairly silky hair but it’s become drier over the years . Roots can get a little oily and I’ve had some slight dandruff recently but nothing major.
I find a lot of products just leave my hair feeling dry. I don’t do a lot of heat styling at all. I mostly can’t be bothered. Hair is long and I sometimes use henna (henna powder). Thanks in advance.

My hair is coarse and dry and I'm having great success with Shea Moisture Sea Kelp and Argan treatment masque once a week. You can buy in Boots or Superdrug

DIY keratin treatment? Bit of a faff on long hair, a bit fume-y and fiddly but well worth it. I use the Cocochoco one from Amazon and it keeps my course frizzy hair under control for a good 4-6 weeks (meant to be longer with the correct sulphate and salt free shampoo, but it fades fast on me as I have a sweaty head Blush).

Bit more temporary and easy to use is Colour Wow Dreamcoat. Leaves hair lovely and silky but it does need heat to activate (blow dry plus straighteners). Lasts through a couple of washes and hangs around on your hair so you don't need much after every wash - the downside is that is does build up horribly, so when your hair starts feeling heavy and dull and unmanageable, it's time to remove the build up (a good few scrubs with a clarifying or silicone removing shampoo) and start over.

Those are the things I've been using for the last 2 years anyway, my hair is super thick and pouffy and hard to tame. Keratin treatment is the best if you can handle the application.

*coarse hair not course, whoops.

Thanks for the suggestions. I’ve always wondered about keratin treatments but it sounds a bit much for me. I’ve seen the dreamcoat advertised somewhere but the buildup worried me as I worry it’ll cause breakage. But maybe worth using when I’m planning on using a hairdryer. I’ll look up the Shea moisture mask.

Phillip Kingsley elasticizer. It's a pre-shampoo treatment. I love it. I have coarser, dry curly hair and it's lush after I've used it! Really recommend.

I’ve seen that on QVC. Is that the stuff you have to wet the hair for first or can you slap it in overnight?
