Any recommendations for a diffusing hairdryer that KILLS FRIZZ?

I’m over the whole air drying thing. I look like I’ve been pulled through a hedge Hmm

What is the best recc you can give me for a hairdryer (with diffuser attachment) that will eliminate (or at least reduce) my chronic frizz?

I have pretty long hair, fine ish texture but MASSES of it. Pretty wavy all over and curly in parts.

I already follow a curly-girl esque product regime which helps to an extent but I can’t continue solely air drying.

I am prepared to pay a fair amount for a dryer that works.

Watching with interest - my hairdryer is ancient and although I was planning to wait until it died before replacing it, I’m not sure I can be patient enough 🤣

You need an ionising hairdryer. They do work to reduce the frizz.
That and finding the right hair serum.

Thank you Landfill!! Will have a look.

I’m trying to avoid serums where possible as I don’t think they’re CurlyGirl compatible and my hair is softer and less bushy (though still frizzy 😩) when I follow a CG-type product regime.

If anyone has a CG approved serum they’d like to point me towards though, PLEASE do!!! I may be missing something…

Your hair sounds like mine! Not especially curly or wavy but definitely not straight. And not thick, just bloody tons of it. It does my head in that so many smoothing products also add volume. If I could tie a lead weight to the bottom of every individual strand I would.

(I air dry because nothing else works, but if there was a hairdryer which would help, I'd use it).
