me time.. what bathing 'rituals' do you have if any.

it's my only me time and i want ideas to make it as wonderful as possible

i always have bubbles, hot choc, face mask and a good mag to read....

never had candles.... might try if i can read mag with them
warmed up towel on radiator would be noce but i dont have them

I have the candles too, hot choc with marshmallows, a book, some bubbles and always run it with just the hot tap, leave it for twenty minutes for the boiler to heat back up, and then get in that way I can keep topping it up, otherwise the hot water runs out.

If you dont have a radiator to warm the towel, how about putting one in the tumble dryer and getting dp/h to bring it up just before you get out?

Lots of bubbles, the softest flannel I can find, a good book, a warm towel are the aboslute essentials. Added extras (ie: not for every day of the week) are: candles, whacking a face mask on before I get in and then letting it do its work whilst I lie back and think of Jane Austen (or whatever I happen to be reading!).

at you lot with the nice baths, we own the most uncomfortable bath in the world (it doesn't slope, it's a sheer drop), so my days of bath wallowing are over.
