Thermals

I spend a lot of time outside for work (nursery) and what with doors and windows needing to be open for ventilation the inside of the building is cold too. I feel my whole day is spend shivering and never feeling warm. Does anyone know of thin but effective thermals that could keep me a bit warmer. I can spend my time inside with T-shirt, jumper, fleece and scarf on and I'm still cold

Icebreaker

I've never used anything else in the last 15+ years.

The M&S ones are good and budget friendly!

Mountain Warehouse do merino wool ones. They're thin and soft, and really good. Often in the sale.

I love Icebreaker, but these are great for the price (leggings and top) www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/332030

Sainsburys do good ones. Very similar to the M&S ones but about half the price. They are very long though

I have M&S, Uniqlo and Primark all long sleeved scoop neck, they all very similar in warmth.

Another vote for Sainsbury’s but they sell out quickly, I bought some this December. DH bought Uniqlo HeatTech stuff a few years ago and they’re still going strong so they are worth the extra dosh.
