Bra sizing

I’m going back to work after maternity leave next week and have been stalling the s&b boards trying to feel a bit more put together, but I’m totally stuck on bras.

LO is 8 months and I’m still breastfeeding so I’ve been living in the same few unflattering, comfy, non-underwired nursing bras since she was born. I’d really like at least one decent fitting, underworked bra to wear under my work clothes but don’t know where to go for fitting.

Tried using the BoB calculator as recommended on here previously and it seems to tell me I need a 34G, but pre baby I was in a 32c or 34b, and tbh I don’t feel like they’ve changed THAT much 😂

There’s a bravissimo, a John Lewis (do they do fittings?), a Victoria’s Secret and an M&S all within reasonable driving distances, but where would you go? My worry with bravissimo is they all seem like big cup sizes and I just don’t think that’s me. (Also, their bras are not cheap!) On the other hand, I feel like bras are their whole brand so surely they’d be good?!

Any advice appreciated!

Bravissimo do focus on the larger sizes but many of us are a larger cup size than we think. John Lewis offer fittings and some bras (not all) are the same in both outlets.

I would suggest if you can get to both, go to both. But don’t buy in haste.

Bravissimo has bras from D-cup. If BoB suggested G, you are definitely in that territory.
