HI I did, after an 11 stone weight loss. My breast tissue was just hanging onto my stomach area and I was getting repeated sweat rashes and infections.
I went to see three different surgeons and they all said basically the same thing, that the easiest fix and best aesthetically would be to use an implant to restore fullness and then lift the breast using an incision which would involve repositioning the nipple.
They all also said that fat transfer to the breast wouldn't give me the look of fullness long term as it tends to wear off quite quickly.
I was apparently a very unusual patient in that I was absolutely adamant that I didn't want implants under any circumstances, which reduced my options considerably. It left me with the option of a lift only, which meant the size of my breast would be determined by how much actual breast tissue there was left in there under the skin.
I'd had big breasts even when young, and the thought of having neat, smallish perky breasts sounded pretty good to me. I am also pretty serious about running and having small boobs would not be a hindrance there so I went for an augmentation without implants. i knew it might not be perfect, but even if it got me 80% there I would be happy.
It worked out a lot better than I could have hoped. I have nice, normal looking boobs, you now can't see any scars, and I didn't lose any feeling in the nipples despite them being moved. I actually really like them. I also had more breast tissue than I thought under all that skin, i'm a 34C in a bra.
My surgeon described it as being 'kate moss san tropez 1996 but a cup sized bigger' and thinks its a shame I didn't go for implants, I don't fit the current aesthetic, it seems, which is about a 34DD with some lipo for a smaller waist thrown in, but I wasn't after a Kardashian thing, I wanted to feel normal iyswim, so I'm very happy
My advice would be to be very sure about what you actually want, rat
