Eye Creams - are they worth it and do any actually work?

Getting older so problems mainly with dark circles/bags under my eyes. I 've always thought eye creams are a waste of money but I'm getting desperate! Any worth trying? I've tried the verso eye serum but not sure it's made any difference. Also interested in dermalogica biolumin c and I've just recently bought clarins double serum and seen they do a matching eye cream although its v expensive not sure its worth the money?

My eyes can be quite sensitie and I've had 'onion tears' before with the vitamin c one from Murad. So I don't want to be crying into my pillow every night!

Not sure if any of these creams work but willing to try these or any other recommendations if anyone can say they do!

I really rate this Nivea one, which was recommended on here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B071KHGTQD?psc=1&ref=ppxpoppmobbbasin_title

I don't know about eye creams. But I watched a documentary about skin care. It involved about 300 people with lots of technical measurements. Super expensive creams with cutting edge ingredients and one that represented the cheapo end - nivea blue tub.

The nivea won hands down. It's not sexy or glamorous but I reckon healthy food, exercise, good sleep and blue nivea are what's needed. Prepared to be corrected though if there is a wonder eye cream out there!

But many people do like them

Joris you might benefit more from facials, sometimes the 'bags' are fluid retention. Or there are Youtube tutorials that show you how to do it yourself. Or you could try one of those jade or quartz rollers.

That Nivea blue tub is a greasy horrible mess - imho of course!

I use these once a month and they are brilliant. I find they give immediate results (I wear them for at least an hour rather than the 20 mins they recommend to make sure every bit of the serum soaks in totally).

I also use Elemis eye creams - I don't know if they are any better than normal face cream but I'm stuck in the mindset that you need a separate eye cream.
