Great dress, depends where you are going to wear it, would look good in the day with knee high boots (flat or heels) or with the heels wheelsonthebus sent for evening or smart office wear. Wouldnt go for flat pumps personally though, think they look a bit odd with tights (I am assuming you will wear tights in this weather!)

the thing about heels is that they make dresses sway in a way pumps don't. not on me anyway!

id wear pumps with it if i wsa going out for a lunch maybe, but tbh id much rather wear heels, pumps makes th dress kinda girly, heels makes it more dressy iyswim
