Loose skin after rapid weight loss

Not sure if this is the correct category to post but would appreciate any advice.
I put on a lot of weight in lockdowns etc and then had a very rapid loss this summer -went from 71kg down to 58 in just over two months (combination of stopping drinking wine and fell in madly love so had no appetite and a lot of outdoor exercise)
Very happy now getting into skinny clothes again and waist is tiny /but….
Skin on my waist and tummy looks like I am 100 years old. If I pull it to the side it looks fine but hideous otherwise.
Would appreciate any advice…

Hmm, quite a task working it all out. What is enough and the right stuff? I don't mind if I lose a bit of fat but only if I put on muscle. But pound for pound it might be easier to lose fat.

Avoid processed food. High quality protein, lots of green veg, plenary of good fats, small amounts of carbs (root veg and fruit rather than grains).

Feed yourself a nourishing human diet (not the standard western diet) and you shouldn’t go far wrong.

You lost two stone in two months, OP??? That's really quick. I think what others have said about toning up the muscles beneath might help a bit, plus Palmers Cocoa Butter is great for hydrating the skin, which might also help. I'm also finding HRT is having an amazing effect on firming my skin and my boobs!

@MrsJackWhicher

Just seen this -any views?
This sounds like techo-snake oil. How on earth can whatever it is be beamed at the underside of skin. I'd want to see plenty of peer reviews before I committed to that

@NavigatingAdolescence, well, I pretty much do that, by enlarge so that's easy enough. I'm loathed to do a full on fast though. I've done it before and 16:8. Hunger wasn't really an issue but boredom was. I do like to interspace my day with my meals. I've run fasted before. Again not a problem but I prefer to eat a little beforehand then let it settle for an hour or so. I think I'll wait and see if the extra toning exercises make a difference first.

Tummy tuck is the only solution unfortunately. I have loose skin from pregnancy, I’ve tried everything and nothing works, it needs cutting off.

You’d only need to do it once a week to start autophagy. 🤷🏻‍♀️

@NavigatingAdolescence

I get you but I already do cold baths everyday! And run 10k! And walk 5k! That's supposed to be good for autophagy too I think.Grin I'm a bit of a routine person, I know. If it was part of my routine, I'd be fine with it but it takes a bit of a shove to get me to change. Hence why I do my exercises and cold baths everyday. Don't like to miss them now. I do love my breakfast, though and lunch and dinner. I have managed to reduce my portions over the last 3 years and increase exercise to lose 4 stone over the last 3 years, went from over 40% body fat to 23%. I don't want to get an appetite for oversized meals again so getting the calories in might be an issue.
