Are Tiffany bracelets worth the money?

I have loved this collection for a couple of years now and have never actually thought about buying anything because of the cost. However, with Christmas coming up and my birthday I wondered whether to treat myself as life has recently been a bit stressful. But I don't want to regret it - are they worth the expense?

I have this bracelet. I bought it to stack with various Hermes leather bracelets and it works well with those, but I don't wear it very often. My favourite Tiffany pieces are this bracelet with the matching ring.

I would say if you love it buy it and don't worry about the cost. Only you can say whether it's worth the money. Other posters will be along to show you alternative for a fraction of the cost but I know I will only settle for what I want.

Thank you. That's a beautiful bracelet. I'm exactly the same. I like what I like and I know I'll regret buying an alternative that I don't love.

If you can afford it and it will bring you joy, it's worth the expense.

That's the only way you can assess this type of purchase - of course, you could get a good quality, generic bracelet for far less money, but if the cachet of the brand appeals to you and it will make you feel good when you wear it, then it's worth paying more.

It will go with anything and won't date so you should get a a lot of wear out of it.

I've got a second hand Tiffany necklace (new would be out of my budget, sadly) and the quality is lovely - I've worn it a lot.

I don't really wear my Tiffany jewellery anymore as my tastes have changed over the years but what I will say is that it has lasted and still looks quite new despite many years of daily usage. I got my first piece, a long pendant when I was 12. I'm 37 now and it still looks brand new! One item I have is a very thick solid silver cuff and it's never scratched or tarnished and I wore it 3/5 times a week for about 7 years in my 20s.

If you like it, go for it.

Yes it’s worth it if you love it.

Tiffany holds its value far better than most high street jewellers.

I have a couple of Tiffany pendants and I absolutely love them. They are my favourite pieces of jewellery. I have been told that they don’t hold their value but I don’t care as I would never sell them anyway. I covet the T-bangle but it is beyond our budget.

It depends what you mean by worth the money… if you’re looking at the value of the silver then it’s a complete rip off. But if you love the design, will wear it a lot, and can comfortably afford it then who cares? Treat yourself and enjoy it!

That's a beautiful bracelet. I doubt you would regret it as such unless it would put you into debt or something like that.

SuperStarRose · 21/09/2021 12:28

You'll never regret buying it.

I mean it's Tiffany, beautifully made and a gorgeous design. What's not to love. Make sure you keep the box because that's also a nice part of it to keep.

MapleMay11 · 21/09/2021 12:42

@SesameBagel I think you have your answer. It's gorgeous - go and treat yourself!

SesameBagel · 21/09/2021 12:48

Thank you all so much. I think I will treat myself. I really do love it.
