Some kind of miracle for spot scars (on face)

In a misguided use of a moisturiser that was totally wrong for me I have broken out in lots of spots. I have them mostly under control but when I get spots, even when I just leave them, I seem to scar really easily and they don't go for months.

Any miracle cures?

I used to use Body Shop carrot facial oil, not sure if they still do it,and that was very good. Fake tan, the facial stuff is good for evening out your skin tone.

Thanks for the replies. Some of that stuff is a bit expensive for me, but I'm sticking bio oil on my christmas list! I read some reviews and it seems it's pretty good for the face.
