This post is for Mumsnet HQ really.
I'm nosing on Mumsnet at the moment. Seeing an advert for a company called Joymitty. The examples of clothing shown look really nice.
I've looked on their website, and I'm seriously tempted by the clothing, and prices.
Then I Google Trustpilot reviews - shocking, (if genuine).
So I'm wondering what Mumsnet's stance is on advertising, which I acknowledge is vital to enable the forum to exist.
Are you ok with allowing a company with such awful reviews, to advertise?
I genuinely don't want to be goady, just interested.
Not everyone may think to check out reviews before buying.....

MN have told me (about a different ad I didn't like) that if it's an ad choices advertisement they didn't choose it and you can click the triangle so you don't see it anymore.

Thanks @JaneJeffer.......
I assumed that adverts appearing on Mumsnet would be accepted/approved by Mumsnet.
I don't understand how you can run such a platform like Mumsnet, and have no control over who advertises on it?
And I don't understand AdChoices, but I'm probably a bit thick and naive 🙄

As above, you'll probably see lots of ads for them now because you've been on their website. (Retargeting) Not everyone will be seeing them.
