Home gel nails - starter list and advice

I am thinking of getting starting to do my nails at home.
I am fed up with normal polish chipping and wearing and fancy trying home gel.
I've been googling and think I need:
A led lamp at least 36w
(saw this one on amazon? www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B08H8TKT47/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A2WH39O7GWJFWQ&psc=1)&tag=mumsnetforu03-21
The actual gel base coat and colour and top coat (recommendations?)
I read that a builder base might be a good idea?
And a strengthening top coat?
Also remover. Cuticle sticks

What else do I need and can you give me loads of handy tips please?

I started with a set and now I freestyle. Bluesky have nice gels but I've used cheaper as well with same effect. I used to use a builder base, blue sky is excellent but you need your own brush. I found regular gels meant my nails got bendy so a builder base was needed but I now just gel less regularly and they're fine. I use the bluesky primer as mine don't last well despite lots of prep and this really helps. Orange stick to remove after soaking, don't bother with a soaking tray or clips. I use acetone to dehydrate my nails and remove and an acetone free polish remover to wipe the sticky layer as I don't like the wipe free top coats. Baby wipes also work for that though! Just take real care when applying, I've always done my own nails and find it really straightforward. Enjoy!
