NARS radiant creamy concealer

Have you tried touche eclat? I have awful circles between eyes and bridge of nose. T.E. helps, although doesn't give full coverage - I find I look really weird if I cover them fully.

It’s not what you asked but I started using an eye cream 3 months ago that has vastly improved the blue tinge around my eyes.

It’s an Avocado eye melt mask from Glow.

It hasn’t done anything for my extensive wrinkles but the colour has improved.

Il Makiage F*ck I'm Flawless.

The online shade match is scarily accurate but you have 60 days before you return it if it's no good.

I've had mine for a few weeks now and it makes the area under my eyes appear naturally brighter without that flat look.

I'm using the Aldi version of Nars radiant - apparently it's the same- and it's amazing!

I don't know if it's relevant to you but giving up diet soft drinks got rid of mine. I really notice now that if I slip and have a diet coke I have two black eyes the next day.

I'm 53, I use lemon lasting perfection colour corrector from Wilkinson's under my usual makeup. If I'm not going to wear foundation I use the concealer from Wilkinson's as well. They sell it in Superdrug, boots etc as well, but Wilkinson's are the cheapest. Wilkinson's nail varnish is surprisingly good and they do fashion/seasonal colours. I used to use Touche Éclat, but looked no different. So saved the extra £17.

I have tried it all - agree that a colour corrector helps (Bobbi brown is good but ££, NYX do a palette of colour correctors and I use all the yellow and peach tones and then throw it out when it only has purple and green left). Peach I find is the best, yellow is ok. Then concealer on top.
I sometimes look actually like ive been punched - drinking water etc seems to have no effect.
Watching for additional tips!

The blue is blood pooling in the area. Not what you asked but if you want to try to reduce them, massage around the eye area daily. It helps enormously.

I have exactly this. It’s normal and healthy. It’s not related to tiredness diet exercise etc it’s just the natural way the flesh around my eyes looks. But I do use concealer!

I used fo use MAC full coverage cream concealer which was perfect but I would no longer recommend it because it now says “SPF 35” so it will probably sting if you put it near your eyes.

I’ve used Bobbi Brown corrector + concealer which are good but takes slightly longer to apply and doesn’t cover it quite as well.

I’ve got MAC pro longwear concealer which really works and doesn’t crease like the cream, doesn’t need powder, I’d say it works the best. BUT it’s in a pump bottle which always dispenses far too much every time you use it even if you push it carefully. So annoying!

You could also use benefit lemon aid with a bit of full coverage cream concealer on top, I used to use that but don’t know if they still make it.

Basically you want long wear and full coverage. You only need to use a tiny amount to cover the blue areas. Apply with a brush and don’t thin it out too much when blending you need the concealer to sit there and cover the blue.

Sorry to the PP who says touché eclat, don’t bother it’s like twinkly tinted moisturiser and it will do zero for the blue. Lovely but not for actual dark circles. I’ve wasted my money so you don’t have to.

All so helpful thanks! Yes I think it's just the fact my skin is thin around that area. I feel pretty healthy . I will definitely look at eye massage. I am menopausal so sleep is not great ( even after just one glass of wine I have disturbed sleep) and so this has made the dark patches / circles worse. I use the Charlotte tilbury concealer but I think it's the same as touché eclat - not really doing much.
Will try some of the suggestions here and post back on results x
