Buying posh products on Ebay

Am thinking of getting some of my fave products on ebay but don't know if i trust it. Specifically i want to get YSL Idealist cream, but one vendor in partic seems a bit too much of a bargin.

what do you reckon? has anyone ever been sold dodgy name products one ebay?

yes, i have bought v.dodgy elizabeth arden, will never do again - as soon as i opened tube, i could tell that it was not right, wrong smell, consistancy etc.

did'nt use it in case was some kind of chinese dangerous stuff - remember that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

ty jesus. that is what worries me - a lot of the sellers have good feedback but worry that the buyers dont know they've been ripped off...
