I'm not large but I have cellulite. I tend to wear long skirts to hide it. Please tell me someone has found a way to get rid .. of all of it?!

Yes @SirVixofVixHall that's exactly it! Babies have cellulite all over their beautiful chubby thighs 😀

Circulation is key... if you want rid of it

Endermologie has had a massive impact on mine. I have a course of about 8-10 every 18 months works absolute wonders on Cellulite

The simple answer is 'no'!

You can only improve the appearance (unless it's just started to appear. i.e. gardly visible).

No - cellulite is a normal Secondary Sex characteristic for women in the same way as "bingo wings" are so you can't get rid of it - stop worrying about it life is too short to find things to stress about that don't actually matter

JustCallMeBubblesDahling · 16/07/2021 20:09

I agree with weight training and resistance cardio like the cross trainer or stepper (along with 3 litres of water a day).

I found as I built muscle mine reduced. In fact my adult DD commented the other day that it’s not fair that I don’t have any! No bingo wings either and I’m also 50.

You can get cheap gym memberships without a contract in most areas now and it works out much more cost effective than cosmetic procedures, with additional massive health benefits.

www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/cellulite/symptoms-causes/syc-20354945 you can't get rid of cellulite only learn to accept that it is normal

I've had it my whole adult life, from being extremely skinny to being a, ahem, strapping lass.

As Tangled points out, I also realised that people adore it in babies, renamed mine as 'thigh dimples' and now no longer give a shit about it. It's very freeing Grin

I did so many things over the years (dry brushing, specific treatments, also regular yoga, spinning, swimming, skipping - none of which made much difference). Then sort of forgot about it. Later cut out sugar (for other reasons) and it disappeared. It came back a bit after, but not so much. From everything, healthy diet with low sugar made the most difference, but also focussing on other things rather than obsessing over it.

Front crawl leg flutter kick is keeping mine sort of in check and looking ok - but when that sort of exercise isn’t an option (due to covid) my legs revert to resembling tree trunks with a big dose of cellulitis thrown in.

The swimming does way more good than I realised.

And hat di you think if I ould add some anti cellulite products, i donno, something like thatlet's say gethairjazz.com/anti-cellulite. Would this also help to reduce my cellulite, either I would do some gym exercises. I wouldlik to know your opinion about that. Maybe someone had tried these products already.

Milomonster · 15/04/2022 09:15

Hot yoga. I’m slim and had a bit of cellulite and it’s gone. I put it down to hot yoga and plenty of yoga.
