Hair waver/curler that's easy to use

I can't do my hair to save my life. I straighten it every single day.

When other people have curled/waved it with one of those hair wands, it looks really good. I have tried doing it myself but it takes forever and I just find it too fiddly. I just don't do a great job of it.

I'm looking for a really easy hair curler or waver that doesn't require much effort or skill to use. Also preferably it would be quick to use as I don't have much time with 2 young kids.

Any suggestions??

A babyliss deep barrel waver. Very quick and easy.

I'm covering the ghd oracle. You can only buy it in salons but seems to work like a straighter, only it magically curls Grin

I’ve got the oracle. It’s great and you can do different waves/curls with it.

I actually used this on my hair before I went into labour. I had a very fast labour and didn’t get a chance to tie it up. The midwife actually asked what I use on my hair because it looked great to say I’d just given birth Grin

how to do you use it? Is there a learning curve to it? I've taken a look at it and I did wonder if a hair waver could do the same thing if it were dragged through the hair too, I'm definitely intrigued if it's quick :)

Yeah I would say you need a few practices. If you go on the ghd website it shows you the different curls/waves and how to use it. For a loose-ish curl I hold it upright with the ghd logo facing the mirror, turn it slightly then slide it down the hair. It’s quicker than using straighteners.
