what's the best for removing it - i'm finding the avon eye cream and wipes are not really up to the job.

I use Nivea extra gentle eye make up remover.

yaddayule · 22/11/2007 18:29

The pillow seems to take most of it...

Plinkyplonk · 22/11/2007 18:30

Tis not that expensive either, its about 2.49 a bottle and lasts ages.

VeniVidiVickiQV · 22/11/2007 18:31

baby wipes even gets waterproof off, or if it just a smudge when applying spit on a cotton bud!

paolosgirl · 22/11/2007 20:36

Baby oil or baby wipes - baby oil is best out of the 2, and v. cheap, but you can't use too much, and have to wipe your eyes with a tissue afterwards, or things are v. blurry!

susiecutiemincepies · 22/11/2007 20:37

Baby wipes...
Also, have some No7 eye makeup remover, Which is really good too, for waterproof mascara... its oily, and makes them feel nice and soft too...

brimfull · 22/11/2007 20:38

l'oreal de-maq isn't that good but ok

brimfull · 22/11/2007 20:39

liz earle cleanse and polish does the job

southeastastra · 22/11/2007 20:39

cheapy vit e face wash. can't stand cleansers

suwoo · 22/11/2007 20:40

Vaseline and then rub gently with tissue, done it like that as long as have been wearing mascara.

Gemy · 23/11/2007 14:01

I use Simple makeup remover wipes, and then followed by Liz Earle cleanse and polish. But, I always wake up with some remnants of mescara on, but I can't be bothered to spend ages and ages removing it and can increase wrinkle-ability around the eye if you scrub lots.

I've used various makeup removing wipes and they're all pretty much the same. Though the Olay ones that are about a fiver sting my eyes a bit.

FawningBrownNose · 23/11/2007 14:03

Lancome bifacil eye make up remover. It's amazing stuff.

Tutter · 23/11/2007 14:03

jogym · 23/11/2007 14:46

With Clarins eye make up remover for sensitive eyes. Is good!

BJB21 · 23/11/2007 14:55

i like boots no7 eyemakeup remover, its the only one that gets rid of my 5 coats of waterproof mascara. Its quite oily and i find normal ones dont do the trick. Baby oil good but very greasy.
