Recommendations for bras to hide back bulge?

Hi ladies! Anyone else have this? My whole life I have had back fat, it doesnt seem to matter what I do, how slim or fit I am. It lives in! I have largish boobs with DDs - I dress well to conceal it but am feeling more self conscious of it recently.

Are there any bras out there that have helped with this for anyone here? I have been googling lots this morning but not convinced of what I have seen so far....

Any help hugely appreciated Smile

Get yourself measured for a bra properly for a start. It should be snug across tne band but not digging in to the the point where you have unsightly bulges. You may well find when you start wearing tne correct size, the problem goes.

M&S used to have several with extra panels at the back to hold things in. I can't think of the same , but they were in the DD range. I assume you have been fitted? If they are too tight, you will get more fat bunching up.

See booborbust.com to check your bra size. It may well be that going up in the cup size and down in the band size - and scooping everything into the cups as it describes - will make the difference.

I posted this on another thread: Wearing the right size bra and scooping properly will decrease “back fat” appearance. When you go down a back size, you will also need to increase the cup size. With the wrong size bra with too small a cup, not all breast tissue can fit on the cup - some will be to pushed the side and side/back fat is therefore also pushed back. Also, when not all breast can fit in the cup, the band size needs to be bigger to accommodate the tissue that’s not in the cup - which is why the thought of a smaller band seems surprising at first. When you go down a back size and increase the cup size to fit you properly, you scoop from the sides so all breast tissue sits properly in the cups. The firmer, properly fitting band should hold everything in place better too.
