Really mild sunscreen for sensitive skin

DS and I both have fair and sensitive skin. He has sensory issues too. He uses a mineral brush sunscreen on his face. It's not good enough for e.g. swimming. I cycle to work and I don't think it would last that for me.

I use Pure Nuff Stuff on my face but it's starting to sting. He can barely tolerate it on his arms and legs. He tends to go and rub it off if you put it on.
I'm ok with Boots all day or Ultrasun on my arms and legs but those really do sting my face/his arms and legs.
I tried Gruum on my face today and my eyes are killing me.
Any recommendations? Bonus points if he can't rub it off.
The mineral brush is £20+ for a tiny pot too. Shock

Have you tried P20? DD and I both have really sensitive skin and we can both get on okay with that. Bonus is less frequent appliancations.

Dermalogica do a sensitive range which includes sunscreens, Ultracalming I think. I often get a reaction to products with sunscreens in them but I’ve never had a problem with theirs.

I think we have, as we started with the all day ones and I don't like them on my face. I know DD and DH will use my discards though so I could try again.

I'll look out for that.

I would quite like to try a non cream for DS arms/legs also (but not Ultrasun spray which is foul).
Maybe a different spray, or a stick.

The LaRoche Posay Anthelios face suncream is fab if most other stuff makes your eyes sting. My son is really intolerant to a lot of sun creams on his face (I can be too), but this one is great. You can buy fragranced or unfragranced, and it dries to a lovely matte finish too so you don't look shiney nor caspar the ghost white :)

Have a look at Altruist - available on Amazon. I like it.

One of my kids is allergic to most creams and lotions but he doesn't react to the suncream by Green People. It is mineral based and he's never burnt using it, even though he's ginger with fair skin.

I use Solait (Superdrug own brand) baby sunscreen - super cheap so maybe worth a try

I fear that mineral creams will be too thick for DS to tolerate.
I'm ordering a few from eBay, thanks.
