help me find a gorgeous top for my sister

My sister's had a horrendous year but one of the postive things that has happened is that she's went from a size 24 to a size 14.
I want to buy her something really nice to wear at Xmas but she's a different shape and height from me so I need help.

She's about 5ft 1 and has large chest - not too sure what she size she is now but when we grew up when I was B cup she was a dd. Her chest still looks a lot bigger than mine. She prefers trousers and is not one to show off a cleavage.
In maybe useful to know that she lives in rural sweden: there's no where to go except other people's houses.
What style would suit her?

I am five foot (and a half inch) and have a big chest. Wrap tops always work well on me (your sister can always wear a cami underneath to avoid too much cleavage). If not wrap go for scoop or v-neck - nothing high necked or frilly.

Monsoon normally have a nice selection of wrap tops.

Good luck. It's a really nice thought to help her enjoy her new figure.

How much do you want to spend? A v neck cashmere jumper in a dark colour would be a lovely treat and would be nice and warm!

Something v-necked, definitely. High necks are a big no-no for those blessed in the nork department.

Something like the Tyra knot top from Monsoon (or this similar design from Kew)

or the Side knot top from Kew

would probably be good.

Thnaks for these suggesstion. I really like the side knot one from Kew. Do you know how big/small Kew makes its clothes ie is a 10 really a 12 or vice versa?

The one thing I wondered was as all the tops looked quite tight/fitting - from experience I avoid tight tops as I have a fat tummy, as does my sister - will they still look good?
As for money I'm happy to spend a reasonable amount to get something special.

IME Kew come up relatively big, so a L should be good for your sister (she might be able to go down to a M, but you want to avoid it being too tight, especially with a large bust, so a L is a better bet).

They are quite fitted, but have ruching/texture over the tummy area which is usually quite forgiving. Also if you make sure you buy big enough so it isn't actually tight over the tummy then that will look good.

Ooh, might well be getting one of those side knot tops myself!

They're only available in black in all sizes unfortunately
