Wet cut?

I know this is a really stupid question and I have tried Google but I am confused. I booked online for wet cut appt (30 mins). It's tomorrow morning early so I can't ring them and ask. Do I wash my hair then go or do they wash it, but just not dry it? I don't mind either way!

The one time I had a wet cut they washed it for me.

My sister goes to another hairdresser and they only spritz the hair with water to get it wet and then do the cut.

Depends how much it is costing you I guess?

You could go there with damp hair, if you like.

I usually ask for and get a 'wash and cut' and it takes about an hour, so they will probably just use a spray to wet yours.

I book these and they usually wash it. They will want to see what it looks like dry first so they know what they are doing.

Thank you everyone. I think I will go with dry hair and just hope I'm not going to annoy them!

Oh and it's £34 in the south east.

I usually book a wet cut because I'm quite tight. I go in with dry, washed hair and they just damp it down and cut it. They usually give it a bit of a rough dry so I don't go out with wet hair too.

I went for a wet cut yesterday - they wash it, they cut it, they just don't dry it. I have been having wet cuts for years - they always wash it.

Super, thank you. I've booked them before but as a wash and cut, so wasn't sure if this was a different thing.
