Help me i have to go out beginning of december & don't know what to wear...

It's my friends birthday she has told me if i don't go out she is going to be very upset, i hardly ever go out as my confidence is low.

I need an idea on what to wear would like to wear a dress & boots but not sure what?

I am size 14 quite tall at 5 foot 8, don't like my arms so must have some sort of sleeves & am on a budget so not expensive please help.

Don't like high heels as feel i am tall enough.

Everyone hates the tops of their arms. I wouldn't wear a cardi and I loathe mine. Have a look at it in the shop. I saw it in the window and it looked easy to wear IYKWIM

Ah yes your right cod it would do nothing for my boobs as they are fairly big & look better with a v shape.
