Cheating on my botox doctor for filler elsewhere - anyone else done this or got any advice?

I've been seeing the same botox doctor for about 5 years now and I've always been very happy with the botox she does for my upper face. I got fillers from her at the start of lockdown though and didn't like how she did them (felt she didn't listen to what I asked for and what I wanted to avoid) and also heard from someone else I spoke to that she overfilled her too.

I just let the fillers wear off naturally given it was lockdown and I live alone but I'd like to get them done again now everything's opening back up and I've booked an appointment with another doctor who has won awards. I'm now not sure whether I should jump ship entirely or be loyal to my original doctor for the botox though. She's cheaper (though not cheap by any means) and I'm very happy with her work and like her. But if I stick with her do I just hope she doesn't notice I've had filler elsewhere or do I come up with a reason for going elsewhere for that that won't insult her?! I get some other treatments from her too.

Could you maybe explain you weren't entirely comfortable with how it was done last time?
If someone is generally good at what they do I would want to stay with them but only if you will be able to have an honest conversation about what you didn't like/want.
If you don't think that would work then I would definitely go elsewhere.

I doubt you can continue with Botox with one person and not expect them to notice, or you discuss, fillers. They will change your face and it will be hard to avoid that conversation.
As PP says- either give her another chance or go to another person.

Hmm, yeah, I can see your reasoning. They're the only place that does some stuff though so I don't feel I can transfer completely. I also don't want to get another bad result and have to go through the palaver of trying to reverse it. Decisions decisions.

Does anyone know if you can reverse filler immediately if you feel you look overfilled on the day it's done? Or can you not tell due to the swelling? I can't remember how quickly the swelling set in last time.
