Can you recommend an effective black-rings-under-eyes concealer? That works?!

Have tried a few... not having much joy.

I look permanently knackered. Any other tips would go down nicely, too

What's wrong with would?

May I suggest an early night for the black rings?

smurfgirl · 13/11/2007 23:07

I use a no.7 one no idea of the name, but its a brush and you click the end to get more out. AMAZING.

I have awful black circles no matter how mcuh sleep I get

notnowbernard · 13/11/2007 23:07

Yes, have just clocked the time

I am really crap at going to bed early. And grammar, evidently!

I do average a fairly decent amount of sleep each night though. It doesn't matter how much I get or of what quality, I always have dark rings.

I have the benefit one

notnowbernard · 13/11/2007 23:09

Thankyou, Smurfgirl

Will ask at the No.7 counter

Benefit do one called Boing (not cheap but very fabulous!)

notnowbernard · 13/11/2007 23:09

Twinset - Benefit? Where from?

twinsetandpearls · 13/11/2007 23:10

buy it in Boots, will check make up bag for details.

OliviaMumsnet · 13/11/2007 23:11

I've found Benefit Boing quite good in the past.

GlassOnion · 13/11/2007 23:13

touche eclat

twinsetandpearls · 13/11/2007 23:14

have lyin eyes although have also bought this big beautiful eyes kit which has boing in but it doesn't really act as a concealer on me as my skin is too light but acts as a good base.

electra · 13/11/2007 23:15

I have a Clinique all about eyes one that's good.

twinsetandpearls · 13/11/2007 23:15

touche eclat is very good and what I would use if I could buy it locally. It is far better than the Boots one, have not decided if is better than the Benefit one.

notnowbernard · 13/11/2007 23:16

Touche Eclat is one I've used in the past. It was alright and lasted a good while, but didn't really do the job for me

Benefit Boing strong contender at the mo...

No problem I love my make up, I was doing it in the staffroom today to a fascinated audience

notnowbernard · 13/11/2007 23:25

MN is truly great.

So far tonight you lovely people have:

Helped me decide what to get dd2 for Xmas;

Pointed me in the direction of some fab wooden toy websites;

Made my next make-up consumer choice for me;

And most importantly...

Made me realise it is time to go to bed!

Thankyou very much!
