Marionette line help please

I've started to develop marionette lines and they are making me look and feel sad!

I was hoping to get some advice on what has worked for you to improve them, even a little!

Are there any magic creams out there?

Thanks in advance for any help, it will be greatly appreciated!

I think for marionette lines you're looking at filler and/or botox. Creams tend to work only on relatively fine lines, but marionette ones are usually more structural.

Watching this thread avidly! I'm looking like a ventriloquists dummy these days Hmm

Thank you, I did wonder if that was the case after all the googling I've done today.

There are so many clinics and options, it all feels a bit overwhelming!

Both nasolabial folds and marionette lines won't really be affected by creams. They are as a result of a reduction in skin laxity, weakening of underlying muscles, repetitive movement and gravity upon facial fat. At best, creams can temporarily hydrate the upper layer of skin but that won't really do much on deep lines like these. Thread lift, filler on upper cheek to help pull the face up, filler in the lines (with great caution lest one ends up looking ape like and puffy), collagen stimulating procedures like Profhilo and lower face lift are really the only things that will have varying effect. Ageing can be shit

Nasal labial lines look best when they are not flattened with filler. Docs have been changing the way they "treat" those, but marionette lines can be filled. I started with fillers and botox at about 48 because of the marionette lines. Crows feet, forehead wrinkles, smile lines...no problem. I it pretty easy to soften/sort out with fillers though.

I have naso labial folds and have looked at threading but having watched a video of it being done I am now too scared Shock

I would have Botox on them if that would help but agree with PP that filler isn't going to help.

I probably need a lower face lift Sad
