I have an M&S voucher - I want to buy Jeans - Is there anyway I can avoid going into twn & trying 33 pairs on?

Are any a nice cut?
Or a better material?
Or designed well?

I want ones with a waist, probably black

Any suggestions?

They probably wouldn't accept your voucher anyway, but do NOT order online.

You will end up with no clothes and higher blood pressure. [bastards]

You can look at them online - I think with M&S the more you spend the nicer they are, generally.

Have a look at the limited edition collection. I think the stuff in that dept is more unusual and expensive looking, and better cut.

You could of course take your life in your hands and see if there is someone * gasp * working on the shop floor in M&S who you can ask. Don't fancy your chances of that one, though.

Thanks

I have recenty bought these and they are so great I bought a second pair online for when they wear out. they don't look it in the pic but they're very flattering on me (size 14 long), well made and a modern cut that is very like Gap's long and lean.

It was absolute hell trying them on though, no two ways about it. Shop too crowded with rails, impossibe to find sizes (had to take wrong size into changing room and then ask them to get right size, as couldn't get other staff to help) and way too hot in there. I'd shop online and send them back if you don't like them.

Thanks - but I can't wear them below the waist (I have a scar)

They are higher on the waist than the average (eg Gap bootcuts) - just below my navel. But M&S do waist ones as well so worth a look.
