Saggy neck following weight loss

I have lost 4 stone over the past year which of course I am vry pleased with. I have however replaced my double chin with a very saggy neck. Are there any creams or non invasive treatments that have worked for anyone? I am 55 by the way so age probably not in my favour.

I lost nearly 6 stone four years ago at 59 and tbh my neck is the worst thing. It horrifies me sometimes when I catch it at a bad angle. I use the prai neck cream from M&S but I’m not convinced it made any difference. (Or maybe it would be even worse without it ). I think surgery is probably the only thing that will work. I try not to care and assume it may have happened with age anyway.

Weight loss past a certain age has consequences, doesn’t it? The weight loss is a great achievement though. Some firmness may be regained over time and I found CACI helped a bit too. Now I’m starting to consider surgical options though.

Thank you I will look into CACI.

My mum says at fifty it’s a straight choice, your face or you ass.

Well done for the weight loss.
How about trying some face/neck exercises....you can find some on youtube (Facerobics)

Well my arse is OK as fitness is good so that must be why my face is suffering! I will check out the YouTube exercises thanks
