What can I do about hairline frizz?

I'm plagued by 1 inch long grey pube fuse wire hairs that stick up at my parting. They make me look so old! All the methods I use for taming the frizzy ends of my hair don't work on these hairs as they're too short. Help?

Argan oil works wonders on mine. You only need a tiny bit, but it smoothes them down really well.

I've been dampening my hairline frizz, getting the tiniest amount of conditioner on my fingertips (so little that it's invisible, but they feel slick) and running it through the frizz. Then a quick blast with the hairdryer. It's working a lot better than hair oil was, for some reason.

Could you change your parting slightly??

Have you tried hairspray and a toothbrush to brush them down into place? I have re-growth of baby hairs at the hairline around my face and it works a treat on those to tame them.

Thank you everyone!

I do use argan oil (that's the same as Moroccan oil yes?) on the lengths of my hair but avoided the roots because I thought it would look greasy. But after reading Ulelia's suggestion yesterday I applied some to my hairline short & curlies and brushed them flat with a toothbrush. This seems to work and they are still looking quite tamed today so thank you!

I will try the conditioner tip too thank you. Using the toothbrush has also given me another idea; I have grey-covering root spray but don't use it as it gets on my face (most of my greys are around my forehead) but I am going to try spraying it on the toothbrush and then brushing it on my hair instead. Smile

I recommend the John Freida frizz ease serum and they have about five different ones in the range, suitable for different hair types

I use an edge control gel. I get these tiny annoying baby hairs and this, used sparingly, is perfect.
