Is it Lancome and Christian Dior who are owned by same company?

I have an ancient eyeshadow from CD and tried to replace it at the weekend but they don't do it any more (it must be at least 5 years old!)
Anyway, just wondered what my chance are of being able to get it from their "sister" brand - is it Lancome or am I getting mixed up with another brand?

I thought it was loreal that lancome was joint with. Not sure about dior

I think they are all owned by L'Oreal pretty much

it's L'Oreal and Lancome who are same company. Think it might be Christian Dior and Guerlain?
