Maternity Jeans - I think I've seen the future

and it looks like this:

stores.ebay.co.uk/SEVEN-JEANS-MATERNITY

i am a jeans FREAK - they're the only item of clothes i've ever spent any real money on.
am 23 wks with first, and have refused to do anything other than tie a scarf round my undone fly so far. BUT all the maternity jeans i've seen so far have made me want to scream. AND with loss of income due to giving up work, cant go to the posh london stores and splash out posh ones (even i cant justify the expense for only a few months of wear)

But then i found this site. am v v excited. they stock maternity jeans in two of my fave brands - Hudson and Rock and Republic. The Hudson Stella skinnies i have in non-preg already and are best jeans ever made. even now, with scarf tied round top, they are the only thing thing keeping me from feeling like a great big lump.

can't wait to buy the maternity version, and am going to treat myself to JUST one more pair. the combo of being Ebay shop and weak dollar seems to make these a steal - most jeans approx £50.

will keep you updated when they arrive. ooooooohh, fingers crossed, fingers crossed.

You may have to pay customs charges on top of the postage and I think they can be quite pricey. Not sure how much they charge but have seen some messages on here and the charges have been quite high. Might be worth looking into.

You'll have 17.5% vat, about 7-10% duty plus the post office handling fee to pay -they'd still be a good deal cheaper than UK

I had some mothercare jeans that were made like that - hipsters with a band across the top they were absolutely ace but had to be quite tight to stay up! Sadly in part how well they fit depends on your bump shape most under the bump stuff wouldn't stay up on me because I am vertically challenged (so very low bump right from the start) and I had an absolutely massive bump (huge baby).

Good luck though!

re charges, gd point. but am getting them delivered to work... touchwood, any extra costs before package gets to my desk!

nb - i was linking the ebay store, not a specific pair... going to follow my link and see which ones you've seen....
