Has anybody seen this article in The Telegraph on Judy Murray and The Morpheus 8 facelift technique.

Its something I have been thinking about. My interested was piqued by a Mumsnet user last year who documented her before and after for a face lift. Unfortunately I can't find the thread now so I am not even sure if this was the same one.

I am starting to struggle with jowls and turkey neck and hate it. I dont so much mind laughter wrinkles but I really, really dont like this. I look after my skin really well but there is nothing much to do about this rather than some form of intervention.

Does anybody have any thoughts on this? Would love to open discussion about it.

Yes, I agree with Floisme. I think she looked better before but I admire her honesty. I think less intervention would have been better and I don’t love the facelift - it’s changed her face shape a bit.

She hasn’t had a facelift though I don’t think. It’s micro needling and radio frequency.

It does look like a bit of Botox and maybe some filler too but the article doesn’t mention that. Unless I’ve missed that part.

She also used the Obagi regime which is full on tret which can help with sun damage and wrinkles. Not to the extent in the photos though!

Is she going public with this as a form of advertisement?

In that case I think it would have been better if she’d just had treatment on the sun damage pigmentation and not had the treatment to tighten the face/neck/jawline, or had less of it.

Having said that I saw an episode of Ten Years Younger on which they did a miracle on the woman’s jowls/jawline area. She was quite a bit younger than JM though IIRC.

There is no way that treatment would have had that much of an affect on her sun damaged skin.
Resurfacing I guess then the treatment she has claimed to have had, fillers, Botox on top of that plus a photoshopped "after" photo.
I'm pleased for her but I wish there was more honesty regarding the result.

I think she looks good compared to before, and why shouldn't she want to look better, years of sun and outdoors had taken it's toll on her skin
I do agree that it was terrible of her sons to make fun of her turkey neck,
I hope they pay for it,
My son who lives in Spain has more wrinkles than i have and tells me i look better than him, which i do lol
