Skincare from Amazon for a newbie, please

I have a £50 Amazon voucher as a birthday gift. I want to spend it on skincare because I really should start being better at self care. I'm 34.

I have nice enough skin, I think. No crazy wrinkles or smile lines yet. But big pores on my nose (not blackheads exactly but sort of gross gunky ones) and chin. Dark circles. Occasional hormonal blemishes.

My skincare routine is basically nothing - slap on some moisturisor when I remember.

How should I spend my £50 to have the biggest impact?

Be careful- there are loads of fakes on Amazon. I’ve been stung with fake Aqua Rich Watery Essence and Eucerin from Amazon. It’s at the point now where if it’s not sold by Amazon (ie not Fulfilled by Amazon or the manufacturer), it’s not worth the risk.

Agree with previous poster, make sure you are binging direct from Amazon, if it's a marketplace seller it's no different from buying your skincare from eBay.

I love Amazon for beauty.
For your blackheads try Aztec Healing Clay Mask - bloody miraculous - check out the reviews.
For open pores and fine lines, try A313 ointment - potent vit A - just use once to twice a week at night at first and buffer it with moisturiser
Spf try Etude House Sunprise SPF 50 sunscreen - lovely and light
For amazing hydrating serum, try Hado Lego Premium Gold serm

that was Hado Lego serum

Thank you. These are good tips!

So...is there a lip gloss / treatment / non surgical thing that will actually plump my lips a bit? Or is it all smoke and mirrors?
