I like Hada Labo Japanese skincare - Superdrug sell it. Lots of retinol and hyalauronic acid. Reasonable price...

This and a vitamin C serum have transformed my skin.

I use Environ moisturizer and it has been a game changer.
I wear sunscreen everyday.
I also apply Clinique eye serum and rosehip and avocado oil at night.
I drink lots of water, exercise regularly and generally have a good diet. I also do face yoga.
All of this has made a difference and my skin looks very healthy.

Having tried every cream under the sun, spending a fortune, I have found that good old Pond's Cold Cream is the best I have ever used. I have been using it for a year now, and my skin is soft and glowing. I never wear make up, but I use it as a hot cloth cleanser. After I gently wipe if off, I follow with some rosewater toner. I rarely need moisturiser, as my skin is really soft from the Pond's.

however, Boots, in their infinate wisdom, have discontinued it. I bought three large jars from Amazon recently for £22. One large jar will last me for 3/4 months, using it twice daily. good value.

@StepOutOfLine

Sunscreen Vit C An acid Retinol
This. That's all you need. You can ramp up the retinol to tret too for even more dramatic results.

Samantha Sona Kakadu Plum & Quandong Serum. Cleared up my skin a treat.

Also Eve Lom TLC cream, before they changed the formula.

Cheap as chips but I'm amazed every time I use it - Superdrug Naturally Radiant Glycolic Overnight Peel. Its normally £7, currently £3.48.

When im drinking lots of water my skin defo looks plumper and fresher.. i think i have fairly good skin for my age and i have only ever just used olay moisturiser under my make up as a weather barrier .. i personally think the less u put on ur face and pull the skin around the better.

@Spodge can I ask which Elemis moisturisers you use and where you buy? I've had a few elemis products in my look fantastic box and I love them so looking to buy!

@CakeInMyFace - I buy direct from the Elemis website. QVC have very good offers from time to time but I've never bought from them.

The moisturisers I purchase are from the pro-collagen range. I've had quite a lot of samples from the Superfood range and the Peptide 4 range. Both are good- and actually the Peptide 4 plumping pillow facial is a cream I always use at night. You use it over moisturiser and it works very well. I used to wake up some mornings with horrendous pillow creases etched into my face but that hasn't happened once since I started using the Peptide 4.

I have rosacea so uneven 'rashy' looking red areas, dry flaky yet oily on nose and forehead. Some rosacea pustules at times. Tried so many products and some prescription.

The only things that work for me and made a huge difference is washing with dove bar unscented. 2 drops of tisserand jojoba oil followed by aveeno moisturising cream, just the standard one. My skin has never looked so good. Dewy, glowing, much more even and the rosacea red rash look has mostly gone. I only moisturise 2-3x a week. Less is more in my case.

Prescription ret, squalane and at least three litres of water a day. I also love tan luxe tan drops for a lil extra boost.

I get my ret from the boots acne clinic which is now online! I did have acne, five years ago...now I use it purely for da glow.

I say this as an early 30s-slightly-overweight-wine-cheese-and-chocolate-loving woman, I have great skin.
