Light, waterproof walking boots?

I need some proper waterproof walking boots for, well, walks

I’d like them to be tan ideally, but possibly red- as light and bouncy as trainers but more grippy and able to cope with mud etc. I don’t do hill walking regularly, but it would be nice if they could cope with that too...

I’d like some to last a few years, budget up to about £150, but could go a little further if they were amazing.

Inov8 roclite pro gore tex are probably too much boot for you, but they are probably the lightest & most versatile on the market.
