Has anyone used Wylera hair curler?

As a result of a thread in Chat I completely impulsively ordered this wylerahair.eu/ (a couple of glasses of wine may have been consumed) after reading some good reviews.
I ordered mid December but haven’t received them yet. Has anyone here used it? I can’t wait to try it. I have thick medium length hair that I usually straighten with a Steampod to tame it. This looks pretty easy to use, hope it lives up to it! Hope it’s not too damaging though, my hair is fairly dry so don’t want to make it any worse

I've got one, easier to use than my Babyliss Curl Secret and holds a curl well on my thick uncooperative hair.

Good after sales service when I jammed it up with my hair.

Ah I’m afraid of that happening! I tend to be impatient with things like this and use larger sections of hair than I should to get it done quicker. Good to know their after sales service is good though!
Thanks for the reply!

I find it irritating to use.
If you put in too much hair it cuts out and you have to go through the process of setting it up again. I’ve given mine to DD

Just bought Dreanwave. No please No! Don't go near this product. It yanked my hair upto my scalp when released have to pick with teasing comb as hair got stuck. Frightening experience. No refund on going with Consumer advisory

It was great the 3 times l used it. Due to Covid l hardly used it.
Typically 6 months after guarantee expired it turned on heated up but as soon as barrel turned it switched off. Customer service offered 25% off next one as out of guarantee.
There is a known fault that the safety switch kicks in even though it does not draw any hair in so switches it off. They need to sort this out, l paid over £70 for this curler for just 3 uses. Expensive waste of money. It does curl well though so a massive disappointment.

I purchased mine and it was faulty the only contact for this company is via email not phone and u wait for ever for a reply . I have sent mine back and I'm still waiting for a refund almost 2 weeks later and they don't like replying to emails . The worst customer service I've ever come across. Avoid like the plague yhe are shonky
