Jade rollers v manual face massage

So, I've looked up the Youtube videos on massaging your own face, to reduce puffiness by draining excess water. I seem to do them for a while, then forget, and then I've forgotten the routine, so it falls by the wayside. I'm wondering if a jade roller will help me, particularly round the eyes? Or might it just become one of those things, as in if I couldn't invest the time and effort in the massage, I won't put it into the roller routine either. I realise no-one knows how lazy I am, but has anyone got any experience? If the results were really worth it, I might be more inclined to try! TIA :)

I always assume that these are things that people buy and leave in a drawer.

OP. If you're lazy then I am too. But I'm interested to see what others have to say on this.

I've bought one of these and must admit only used it a couple of times. I do give my face a good massage each night with my cleansing oil using my hands, however. Big believer in the benefits.
One 'pro' of the rollers is that you can keep it in the fridge, so it's cool and helps de-puff.

I love jade and rose quartz tools. I use one of them every day - I think the jade roller is my favourite as it's so cooling.

I bought a jade roller and used it a couple of times. I just don't have time first thing in the morning to spend ten minutes rolling my face with it. I thought of doing that while in bed when I first wake up but I think you need to be standing for it to work, right?

Thanks peeps. I got a quartz one from Boot, well DH actually bought it for Christmas. I have had a couple of goes, but at night, sat watching the tv. I think it would make more difference when I have naval congestion, and if I looked particularly baggy about the peepers in the morning, I would give it a go then, assuming I have time. I looked at a couple of videos, and would really like to get a routine going, which would make it easier, as I wouldn't have to think about what I was doing so much. I didn't find the roller videos as useful as the manual massage ones I have seen before, so ideally I would like to combine them, as I actually felt the difference with a manual self massage.

My mum gave me a jade roller for Christmas and I all had always assumed that they were some strange gimmick and wondered what on earth rolling a bit of stone on my face would do. Surprisingly I absolutely adore it and the way my face feels after a good old rolling Sash is quite addictive! I'm sold.

Does it improve your eyebags if you have any eyebags? Disclaimer: I have no idea if you have or not! How do you think it improves your face?
