well, I wouldn't dress my ds in it, but some people might find it cute

Carmenere · 21/10/2007 13:23

I don't get it, there are millions of baby tee's with I Love Mum on them, what is different about this one? I mean yes they are a little bit hmm but not tasteless imo.

nappyaddict · 21/10/2007 13:24

i don't just mean this one. i mean anything that's like that.

On the scale of things that are written on childrens clothing these days I Love Mum barely registers as tasteless.

PrincessAfterLife · 21/10/2007 13:31

I'll be controversial and say that maybe it's a bit common but you wouldn't look twice if you saw a child wearing that type of top

I was left speechless once when I saw a child dressed in a t shirt with 'Psycho Bitch' written on it.

nappyaddict · 21/10/2007 16:02

very true.

some of the tshirts on here shocked me a bit. why would i want to dress my baby as a mini emo?

What about this one then?

It would stop the old ladies from touching your DCs in Sainsburys.

stripeymama · 21/10/2007 16:07

I have seen worse.

I was given a hoodie with Kenny from South Park on for my dd when she was about one.

And ex mil gave her a t-shirt saying "I Love Daddy" a week after he walked out on us.

PrincessAfterLife · 21/10/2007 16:09

at ex-mil

nappyaddcit, you obviously didnt see the thread about my dd3 the other day and her choice of clothing at 2.5yrs old.

Hulababy · 21/10/2007 16:11

Have seen way worse.

"I love mum" doesn't bother my in the slightest.

nappyaddict · 21/10/2007 16:11

i did see it actually and thought she must look really cute. when they are old enough to choose fair enough. but 6 month old babies? i just don't think it's necessary!

suzywong · 21/10/2007 16:19

both my Fragrant boys will be going to their first dances in very similar apparel. It's important to get the message across from the outset, IMO

EachPeachPearMum · 21/10/2007 21:59

Looks like StGeorge is winning it SURELY not the mner?

nappyaddict · 21/10/2007 23:45

well i must have seen at least 10 little girls/boys wearing mummy's little angel/princess tshirts today.

I got a tshirt for DS that went on about farting... oh yes, just what I want to put on my angelic 3 month old!

I like some of the NoAddedSugar stuff, but then they do things like this which I just HATE.
