Nip & Fab retinol fix renew - not got a clue what to do! Help!

Don't think I've ever posted in S&B before (despite being here since 2001!), so please be gentle with me.

I have just had delivery of the Nip & Fab retinol fix renew starter kit - here. However, having read through the bumph on the back of each pack, I don't really know what I'm supposed to do with it all!

The Overnight Cream, Serum, Toner and Booster each say to use them 2 or 3 times a week as a "specialist treatment". I admit I am really thick, but I don't understand whether I am supposed to use them all at the same time every 3 days or so (seems unlikely as I understand it's quite strong), or do I just use one on one day and then another on another etc? Or do I use them one at a time, with a couple of days in between each and keep rotating them - so cream on Monday, Serum on Thursday, Toner on Sunday, Booster on Wednesday etc?

I bought the bundle on a whim, and now I feel a bit foolish.

Btw, if it helps to know, I'm 51 with relatively good skin, but (as normal for my age), some lines on my forehead, around my eyes and particularly from my nose to my mouth (I think I look like Deputy Dawg).

All help gratefully received!

You don’t use retinol every night, as it would thin your skin too much. Also only use it at night and not daytime, as it makes your skin more sun sensitive. I have the nip and fab retinol
Serum and eye cream (love them), not the whole kit but I use it 2/3 times a week. On the other nights I just use my regular night cream/toner/face oil/etc or different acids like salicylic or glycolic acid depending on what my skin is like.
