Am I right in thinking I’ve seen somewhere you shouldn’t wax if your using tret? I started skin & me last month & I usually get my brows waxed?

Yep, no waxing, you risk ripping skin off. Less dramatic than it sounds, as it's just a top layer but still very painful as I understand it.

Oh no, I’m not a fan of threading. What am I going to do Confused

Yep, no waxing. I've been taking it for a few months and my dermatologist was very clear on the no waxing rule.

I wouldn't risk it. I think you'd take half your face off with your hair Sad

Why does nobody seem to pluck these days? I LOVE plucking my eyebrows. Is it exceptionally painful for some people or is it a time thing? And if you wax don't you have to wait for tons of regrowth before you can go back?

GrimDamnFanjo · 04/12/2020 00:57

Yes I made that mistake...

I don’t think you can get a proper shape with plucking & find it doesn’t get all the little wispy hairs it’s fine for the thicker hair in places.

I guess I’ll have to go back to threading -wasn’t that keen on it last time I had it though.

You need to tell them your on it, after awhile even bumping your hand can tear the skin.
