What age is best to start? I'm late 30s and feel like soonish I would benefit from both but am scared that I'll then be locked into it forever. How often do you need them? How easy is it to find a practitioner that does a good job? And how much do you spend monthly?

I started at 30, am 34 now, but I did have very deep forehead lines since I was about 17.

I spend £220 for 3 areas, on forehead, 11 lines and round eyes, twice a year at a private dentist and she's great.

I can tell the difference within 24 hrs and it has fully worked within 10 days on me.

I go 6 months between money wise but really by about 19 or 20 weeks it has worn off mostly.

I only have a bit done as prefer a more natural look. Nobody has ever mentioned it before or asked me if I've had it.

Hi I just saw your post. I am a fully qualified plastic surgeon. I always get asked this. I would say it really depends on your skin type and soft tissue quality. :)

The longer you have it the longer it lasts .

I started at 34, no regrets at all. I had really deep frown lines so I needed Botox plus filler. Filler only needs done once every 12-15 months, Botox every 4-6. I now have no frown lines at all, I look much happier and less grumpy.
Booked in June for a bit of cheek filler and Botox to sort out some incipient vertical lines appearing on my top lip, at the outer corner.
It honestly is the single thing that has improved my self image most over the past few years.
