Help with 11 year old DD skincare

I’m completely clueless about skincare. I had horribly sensitive skin throughout my late teens and 20s and never really worked out what to do. Sadly it looks like my DD has inherited my dry sensitive skin but is also starting to get teenage spots. She’s more clued up about stuff and loves trying out skincare but seems to react to everything. I’d love to get her a nice set for Xmas that would help her skin.
Any recommendations please?

The Boots Botanics range is fab - very gentle. my dds and I use the same cream cleanser. It's often on 342 offer.

Azelaic acid might be 'mild' but it stings like fuck, especially the 20% stuff from the doctor! Absolutely not appropriate for an 11 year old.

I think the Superdrug oil cleansing thing (I think it's vitamin E) that people rave about would be good for her, especially if she's getting a few spots but has mainly dry skin. Don't buy her premium brands - it's a waste of money when she and you are still finding what works for her.

I'd get a nice oil cleansing product with a few replacement muslins, a rich night cream and a daily SPF. If the oil cleansing doesn't do it for her, or her skin doesn't seem to absorb it, a mild cleanser like the Milky Jelly cleanser by Glossier is fab - personally, I prefer that to the La Roche Posay one. I don't have dry skin but I do have acne rosacea so I've tried about every single 'mild' cleanser available.

Stay away from anything L'Oreal, they can't seem to help but load their products with fragrance.
