How the hell do I style joggers?

As the title suggests. If you look cool and intentional in joggers and not just full on frump how are you styling them? I was sort of ok in warmer weather but I definitely look slobby and feel bleh now I need to be warmer.

They always seem to roll up the bottoms of jogging bottoms on the models - they've done it on the two pics pp's have posted above and Hush always seem to do it with theirs. I quite like them like that but I suppose it depends what you have on your feet...
