Clean, fresh perfume that smells like soap?

Really want some perfume that smells like freshly washed skin with soap, maybe a dove type smell, maybe more soapy..does this exist?

The Clinique Aromatics in white smells very clean and ‘powdery.’ It’s also quite strong and lasts all day

Neroli smells quite soapy. Penhaligon's Castille is lovely in the summer and dries down to a nice powdery soapy scent.
