Are hot brushes/air styles worth it?

If so, what would you recommend for my long bob/shoulder length hair. Do they actually achieve a nice blow dried look without the frizz? I’m fed up of blowing drying & straightening my hair all the time its always looks so drab after, I need some lift/body in it.

I wondered whether I could get away with just using a air styler & just occasionally use my straighteners?

I love my babyliss big hair. You do have to blow dry it to about 90% dry first though but I have very thick hair.

The Revlon one step is my most favourite thing. It makes lovely hair v easy.

Are either of these suitable for my length hair? I’ve looked at the Revlon one step but it looks huge. Would that work on my hair?

My hair is barely touching my shoulders. It's thick and has a tendency to fluff and frizz.

I bought a Hot Tools air styler from my hairdressers (it's almost identical to the Revlon One Step) and it's honestly changed my hair. It's so quick and easy.

I previously had a Babyliss Big Hair but the Hot Tools is on another level. It's far more powerful and dries my thick, unruly hair from wet in less than 10 mins, and has an oval head, rather than a round one, which I think gives a better finish as it lifts the hair well but doesn't curl it under too much.
