Going out on Saturday night, but am stuck as to what to wear?

Am going out with work mates on Saturday for a meal, but am totally clueless as to what to wear. Am planning on a pair of wide leg, high-waisted jeans, but have no idea what to wear with them! Please help!

Arms are good, like the first 2 tops but not so keen on the 3rd top.
