When do lashes start go and why?

Mine don't look great these days not as full or long. I'm in my early 40s and think years or applying and removing mascara has affected them. Also so treatments like tinting and extensions in more recently.

Looks fairly normal at this age regardless. Soon I will have nothing left for my extensions to cling to!

Try a vitamin & mineral supplement if you don't take one, I take Perfectil Hair supplements so my hair is growing & as a bonus my eyelashes are thicker.
(Unfortunately blonde so still have to wear mascara).
I've heard that extensions can definitely weaken lashes.
I've also heard good things about lash serums.

I posted a similar thread a few months back & used Rapidlash- it definitely helped but as soon as I stopped using it the lash loss accelerated.

I've tried a cheaper version on Amazon but it's not been good.

Haven't tried Revitalash as it's ££££

Lilash is amazing. I had the tiniest stumps when I lost my extensions at the start of lockdown (though even before I got extensions years ago my lashes were short). My lashes are fab now! I’d never go back to extensions though I now get a lash lift every few weeks.
